In conjunction with the exhibition prince at the forum at Beacon Arts in Inglewood, CA, I organized an event titled, “a day at the races” that took place on 4/19/2012 at Hollywood Park Racetrack. I boxed seats and invited 50 people to attend the opening weekend races at this historic venue. There was an individual race named after the exhibition and we were all invited to the winners circle to watch the horses and have our photo taken with the winning jockey.
Hollywood Park is slated for demolition in the near future to make way for a housing and retail development.
